Natalia Massar is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner who brings more than 15 years of clinical experience in medical and behavioral health settings to her practice. Her background spans emergency medicine, psychiatric emergency services, inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, and substance use treatment and rehabilitation. This breadth of experience informs her comprehensive understanding of the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and the challenges that can shape everyday life.

Natalia believes that exceptional care begins with listening. She takes time to understand each patient's concerns, personal history, and goals, creating a welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can feel comfortable being themselves. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, she works collaboratively with patients to develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and preferences.

Her clinical approach combines evidence-based psychiatric medication management with psychotherapy-informed care and holistic principles. When clinically appropriate, she may incorporate tools such as GeneSight testing and Creyos cognitive assessments to support more informed treatment decisions. She values education, shared decision-making, and ongoing communication so that patients feel informed and actively involved in their care.

Natalia earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Pace University. She provides care to adolescents, adults, and older adults, and speaks both English and Polish.
